Clean Kokos is a self-service laundry, so there is no one working on the premises. The laundry is open to our customers throughout the opening hours from 06:00 to 22:00. Customers can use the laundries without a key or code. As a customer, you are responsible for your own clothes when using the laundry. After closing time, the doors lock automatically. When the laundry is closed, the premises are secured with an alarm. The laundry is under video surveillance. Vandalism in the premises, and theft of inventory or similar will be reported to the police. We also have an agreement with Avarn Security for response both during and outside opening hours. Avarn Security can expel unwanted guests.

Clean Kokos's self-service laundries are open every day, including weekends and holidays. The laundries are open from 06:00 to 22:00. A burglary alarm is activated in the premises outside opening hours.
The laundries are open to our customers during opening hours, and you do not need a code or key fob to enter the laundry. The premises are video monitored, but you are responsible for your own clothes when you wash or dry clothes with us.

Clean Kokos is a self-service laundry, and we therefore have no employees working in the premises. We are not liable for clothes that are stolen or forgotten. You are responsible for looking after your own clothes when using the machines in the laundry. It is therefore wise to be present and keep an eye out.

Can I get compensation if my clothes are damaged during wash or dry?
No, Clean Kokos is not liable for clothes that are damaged in our machines or premises. Remember to check the washing label carefully before you wash the garment in the machine. Some garments cannot withstand machine washing or tumble drying, and must be sent for cleaning. You wash your clothes at your own risk in our machines, and it is up to you to check how your clothes should be washed.
