Clean Kokos is a self-service laundry. So, there is no one working in the laundry to help you get started. We know that a lot can be confusing when you are going to use the laundry for the first time. Therefore, in this user guide, we have tried to make it a little easier for you who are going to use Clean Kokos's laundries for the first time.

At Clean Kokos we have both washing machines and dryers, and it's not always easy to tell the difference between these machines. Fortunately, all laundries are designed in the same way, with washing pillars where the washing machines are at the bottom and the dryers at the top. The dryers are therefore placed on top of the washing machines in the laundry. You can use only the washing machine, only the dryer, or both. You decide this yourself based on your needs.

Pull the handle of the machine. The handle is located under the drum and marked in yellow.
On the washing machine, the handle is located at the top left side of the drum, while on the dryer it is located at the top right side of the drum.

If the machine is completely off, you can turn it on by pressing the on/off button located in the top right corner of the machine.

Turn on the machine by touching the screen or pressing the start/stop sensor key.

Yes, you can choose between several different languages. To change the language, you must use the touch screen on the machine. Press the flag icons in the left corner of the display screen to bring up the different language options. Press and select the language you want.

Press the button in the bottom right corner of the display panel, where there are four squares or says "more". To see all the programs, you must swipe to the right. You swipe to the right by dragging your finger from right to left on the touch screen.

When you have found the washing or drying program you want to use, you select the program by pressing the program on the screen.

Once you have found and selected the washing or drying program you want to use, you start the program by pressing the Start/Stop button on the right side of the screen. Remember that you must pay in the app or card terminal for the wash or dry to start.

Press the back button, the arrow that lights up at the bottom left corner of the screen.
We recommend that you empty the lint filter in the drum before you start a drying cycle. Feel free to do it also after your drying cycle is finished, it will be a more pleasant experience for the next person using the machine. Take the grey lint filter out of the machine and empty it of lint as needed. Throw the lint in the general waste in the laundries, do not throw lint in the sink.

We recommend that you empty your pockets and shake out your garments before washing your clothes at Clean Kokos. Also, check how the rubber ring on your washing machine looks after the wash is done, it will be a more pleasant experience for the next person using the machine. Trow all waste in the general waste in the laundries.
