Get started with the laundromat
At Clean Kokos, you can use washing machines or dryers from Miele. The machines can take up to 8 kilos of clothes. You can wash and dry, or only use one of the machines. You decide this yourself, based on your needs. In the laundry, the washing machines are placed on top of the dryers on washing pillars.
A wash or a dry at Clean Kokos costs NOK 70. You pay with the card terminal in the laundry, or through the app "Appwash by Miele". After you have paid, you can start the machine. Fill the machine with clothes, and close the machine door. Choose the desired washing or drying program, and press start on the machine display.

Clean Kokos's self-service laundries are open every day, including weekends and holidays. The laundries are open from 06:00 to 22:00. A burglary alarm is activated in the premises outside opening hours.
The laundries are open to our customers during opening hours, and you do not need a code or key to enter the laundry. The premises are video monitored, but you are responsible for your own clothes when you wash or dry clothes with us.
Our pricing model is simple. It costs NOK 60 to start a washing machine, and NOK 60 to start a dryer. Detergent is dosed automatically and is included in the price for a wash.
- Find the payment terminal in the laundry room.
- Choose an available machine.
- Tap and pay with debit or credit card, or with MobilePay.
- Fill the machine with clothes and close the door.
- Select a program and press start on the machine display.
- Download the "Appwash by Miele" app and register as a user.
- Enter the number of a machine in the laundry room.
- Pay in the app. Go to Prepaid and press top up. Top up a minimum of NOK 200.
- Find an available machine in the app and the laundry room.
- Fill the machine with clothes and close the door.
- Select the program and press start on the machine display.
- Start the machine in the app.

Clean Kokos uses industrial machines from Miele, known for their low consumption values and maximum efficiency. The machines are made of 95% recyclable materials, and do not use more water, electricity and cleaning agents than absolutely necessary.
The machines have shorter program times and low energy consumption, and with advanced technology, the textiles are finished in the shortest possible time. The machines hold up to eight kilos of clothes, which means you can wash more clothes at the same time. Our most popular washing program takes 60 minutes, and you can get the whole week's laundry done in just one hour.

We recommend that you empty the lint filter in the drum before you start a drying cycle. Please do it also after your drying cycle is finished, it will be a more pleasant experience for the next person using the machine. Take the grey lint filter out of the machine and empty it of lint as needed. Please throw the lint in the general waste in the laundries, do not throw lint in the sink.

We recommend that you empty your pockets and shake out your garments before washing your clothes at Clean Kokos. Also, check how the rubber ring on your washing machine looks after the wash is done, it will be a more pleasant experience for the next person using the machine. Please throw all waste in the bin for general waste in the laundries.
