Opening hours
Clean Kokos's self-service laudromat is open every day, including weekends and holidays. The laundromat is open from 06:00 to 22:00. A burglary alarm is activated in the premises outside opening hours.
The laundromat is self service, and there are no employees. Clean Kokos is open to our customers during opening hours, and you do not need a code or key to enter the laundry. The premises are video monitored, but you are responsible for your clothes when you wash or dry at Clean Kokos.
Where are the laundromats?
Clean Kokos' self-service laundromats are located in Oslo and Bergen. In Oslo, you can find them at Frogner, Sagene, Tøyen, and Grünerløkka. The newest laundromat is located in the city center of Bergen. You can read more about the different departments, and find directions to your nearest laundromat here.

Detergent
Detergent is included in the price of a wash. At Clean Kokos, we use fragrance-free and hypoallergenic detergent from Ecolab. We do not use fabric softener. The detergent is automatically dosed in the correct amount when you start a washing machine at Clean Kokos.
Payment
At Clean Kokos, you can pay either through the app or by card. You can pay for the machines through the "Appwash by Miele" app, or you can pay contactless with bank card or MobilePay at the terminal in the laundry.
Prices
Our pricing model is simple. It costs NOK 60 to start a washing machine and NOK 60 to start a dryer at Clean Kokos. Detergent is automatically dosed and included in the price of a wash.
Wi-Fi at Clean Kokos
In Clean Kokos' self-service laundromats, we offer free Wi-Fi with the code cleankokos. There are seats in the laundries where you can sit and wait for your wash or dry to finish. We do not have charging facilities for your mobile or computer in the laundries.

Clean Kokos is a self-service laundry. So there is no one working in the laundromat to help you get started. We know that a lot can be confusing when using the laundromat for the first time. Therefore, in this user guide, we have tried to make it a little easier for you who are going to use Clean Kokos' laundries for the first time.

Program options
Clean Kokos offers several different washing and drying programs. The washing machines and dryers have more program choices than those displayed immediately. It is important that you choose a program based on the amount and type of clothes you are going to wash or dry. Always remember to check the manufacturer's washing label before washing or drying clothes in our machines.

Industrial machines from Miele
Clean Kokos uses industrial machines from Miele, known for their low consumption values and maximum efficiency. The machines are made of 95% recyclable materials, and do not use more water, electricity and cleaning agents than absolutely necessary.
The machines have shorter program times and low energy consumption, and with advanced technology, the textiles are finished in the shortest possible time. The machines hold up to eight kilos of clothes, which means you can wash more clothes at the same time. Our most popular washing program takes 60 minutes, and you can get the whole week's laundry done in just one hour.
