How to use the payment terminal
 
You can pay for your laundry at Clean Cocos either with the card terminal at the laundromat or using the “AppWash by Miele” app. With the terminal, you can pay quickly and easily using your bank card or MobilePay—no app download or minimum balance required. If you need help while doing laundry, simply email our customer service team.

 

At Clean Kokos, you can pay by card or mobile pay at the terminal in the laundromat.

Pay with card or phone

At Clean Kokos self service laundry you can pay by card on the terminal.
At Clean Kokos self service laundry you can pay by MobilePay on the terminal.
What do I do if I have problems with payment?
 

If you have problems with payment or with the terminal, you need to contact Appwash's customer service. Send an email to support@appwash.com. Please include laundry, machine number, user number, date and time. Customer service is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. Customer service is closed on weekends and holidays.

At Clean Kokos, you can pay by card or MobilePay using the terminal in the laundromat.

  1. Find the payment terminal in the laundry room.

  2. Choose an available machine. 

  3. Tap and pay with debit or credit card, or with MobilePay.

  4. Fill the machine with clothes and close the door.

  5. Select a program and press start on the machine display.
