When you are going to use Clean Kokos's laundries, you can choose whether you want to pay via the card terminal in the laundry, or with the app "Appwash by Miele". At the terminals, you pay with a card or MobilePay. The advantages of using the terminal are that it is efficient, you do not need to download an app and you pay easily with your bank card or phone. You also do not need to upload a minimum amount as you have to with the app. If you have problems in the laundry, you must send an email to customer service.

If you have problems with payment or with the terminal, you need to contact Appwash's customer service. Send an email to support@appwash.com. Please include laundry, machine number, user number, date and time. Customer service is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. Customer service is closed on weekends and holidays.
- Find the payment terminal in the laundry room.
- Choose an available machine.
- Tap and pay with debit or credit card, or with MobilePay.
- Fill the machine with clothes and close the door.
- Select a program and press start on the machine display.
